About Me


I received my Masters and Doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology from LaSalle University and a Bachelor of Science from Lafayette College. I completed my predoctoral internship at Yale University School of Medicine and my postdoctoral training specializing in Health Psychology at the VA Connecticut Healthcare System.

I have worked in several different clinical settings including schools, hospitals, and outpatient primary care. Prior to seeing patients in private practice, I served as co-director of the APA-accredited postdoctoral program and maintained an academic appointment at Yale University School of Medicine as Assistant Clinical Professor. 

I am licensed in Connecticut and New York. I am also a member of the British Association for Counseling and Psychology (BACP), the American Psychological Association (APA) and the Connecticut Psychological Association (CPA).
